hand painted clear glass water bottle, 2 pour spouts colorful flowers

Beautiful glass art, hand blown with neck water, juice bottle, hand painted flowers in different colors and different flowers and leaves. This bottle is used in good condition, there are couple bubbles and a crack, in my opinion is manufacturer not from usage. The bottle holds over 30 fl oz of liquid, is 10 1/2" long, base approx. 4" in diameter. description is within my best knowledge, please check pictures.
