Here's an early open pontil "half post" blown cologne or toilet water bottle from the late 1700s....It has beautiful hand painted enamel flowers different around all 4 sides of bottle....German Half Post method blown with extra gather of glass evidence by a crude ring around shoulder...Open pontil....crude ring collar....clear....rect....7 1/4"tall....Sparkling attic near mint condition with no chips or damage. A natural open bubble on the lip. A shiny clean attic bottle with no haze. Normal old wear on bottom.
