DIRECTIONS FOR USE: We recommend rinsing the flask thoroughly before first use. If you experience taste mix ½ a teaspoon of BAKING SODA with water, shake and rinse. Users have also found the following to be useful: Fill with MILK, shake, and rinse. Add drops of lemon. Let an orange peel or tea bag set in the flask for a couple of hours. To hydrate, simply softly bite the mouthpiece and press the soft flask and enjoy! The harder you press, the faster the liquid will exit.

FITLY Soft Flasks
Ideal for quick drinks on the run. Gobble up a gel, wet a dry throat, or re-hydrate. Designed to be used while running. Store directly in your front, side, or back pockets. The flasks shrink as you drink so nothing ever moves, bounces or rattles. 5 models to choose from: FLASK150 (5oz): small enough to fit in small pockets for quick access. FLASK250 (8.5oz): a compromise between size and volume. FLASK350 (12oz): same width as the FLASK250 but a little longer. FLASK400 (13.5oz): go a little farther. Take a little more. FLASK500 (17oz): used as a stand-alone soft flask or with tubing (included). Note that FLASK500 comes with FITLY Sub90 and is too big for FITLY Sub45.
IMPORTANT: Soft Flasks are NOT MADE for viscous substances like a gel (typically self-serving anyways) but flowing liquids. Many runners use a mixture of water and gel. All the fun stuffs and some tips: Keep it cool longer. Leave it in the fridge or the freezer. Mix a gel with water to add some energy or squeeze a lemon for taste. Top rack dish-washer compatible. Wash it thoroughly prior to first use. <5% of people experience a taste. Rinse with baking soda until it disappears.

Durable and leak resistant mouthpiece. Make sure to twist the mouthpiece shut so it does not leak! Add natural oil to the thread to increase the seal if need be.
